Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes! All AKD earrings are made with hypoallergenic, nickel-free stainless steel hardware—perfect for sensitive ears.

What materials do you use?
AKD studs are made using polymer clay, resin, and stainless steel hardware. Each pair is lightweight, comfortable, and crafted by hand with care.

What size are your earrings?
Sizes vary and are always listed in the product description. Common sizes include 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm.

Are the earrings waterproof or durable?
Yes! While they’re ultra-lightweight, our earrings are surprisingly durable. You can shower or swim in them without worry—water won’t damage the materials or affect their wearability.

Are your paintings originals or prints?
Both! You’ll find original canvas paintings, paintings on paper, and high-quality giclée prints throughout the site.

Can I request a custom painting?

📦 Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Solid-colored studs and Game Day earrings are made to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer local pickup?
Currently, local pickup is not available.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!.

🛍 Single Batch & Wholesale

What does “single batch” mean?
Single batch earrings are truly one-of-a-kind designs. Only one pair is available per style, and they will not be restocked once sold.

Can single batch earrings be purchased wholesale?
Yes—but only what is currently listed on the website is available. Since there is only one of each, they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reordered.

Do you offer wholesale for made-to-order earrings?
Yes! Solid-colored studs and Game Day earrings are available for wholesale and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. Visit our Wholesale Info page for more details.

Do you offer custom wholesale orders?
Yes! I’m happy to create custom wholesale earring orders tailored to your shop or customer base. Feel free to reach out to discuss colors, quantities, and turnaround time.
